I went for my first time today to get a fill and change colors. Kelley was amazing and did a beautiful job but the manager was really rude. She Pressured me and gave me no time to really find the color I wanted and it was really overwhelming.l..our son , age 24, JUST died December 17 and it was my first time coming out to try to function again, of course they didn’t know that but just the coldness… acting annoyed that I was taking time,there was no conversation. She acted like she was put out that I was trying to take time to pick a color and to top it off, my 59th birthday was the next day (Jan. 10), And when I told kelley she asked her manager, could she give the birthday 10% discount and the manager said NO!… what? It was so shocking I’m a very quiet and kind person. I was very grate

I’ve been going to this business for over a year now. And I stand by them. The employees are so friendly and patient! (I get a lot of different designs). I started with pedicures and then acrylics. They’ve done manicures and acrylics for friends/coworkers of mine. I’ve never left that chair without feeling satisfied and pampered! They are amazing and deserve all the love! 10/10 service and results.

I had a pedicure at this place yesterday. The nail tech was polite and friendly. But she maybe spent 15 minutes at most with me. It was a basic pedicure with no extras of any kind. The massage I got was nice but lasted about three minutes and was only on my feet and ankles. I still have callouses on my feet. I'd say she put in 50% less effort than I have experienced with other technicians throughout the years. She did use a sugar scrub but it must have been 1/2 teaspoon on both my feet. The place was very dirty. The arms and trays on the chairs looked like they had never been wiped off and were quite dirty. Same with their tiny cup holder. The "clean" towels they used were very stained and greyish. The windows were very dirty and streaked. There was a horrible odor coming from the back
