L'Amour Nails

This time this nail technician cut too much around the skin area and caused excessive bleeding at the corner of my toe nail. I’ve advised her that she needs to handle the toe nails more carefully when using sharp tools. Never have I ever been cut so much that it’s still bleeding after leaving the nail shop. I’ve been coming to the bottom floor nail shop for almost 10 years and the old technician refused to change the way she cuts my nails and I stopped going to her and switched to the top location. The top location staff is untrained well and doesn’t really care anymore. Divorcing after 10 years. From top to bottom no more pedi or medí….

Run!!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️such a waste of money here.. I had to finally just take what I got, which was terrible. If you are a senior citizen, let me be your eyes for you 👁️👁️ because my mother in-law (who is older) didn’t realize her nail tech also was unable to color inside the lines. It just was so easy to walk next door after getting a relaxing massage 🥴 I should have walked or driven to another place. I spent well over $250 for 3 oh & they will not offer you complimentary drinks & the few women that did have them I noticed they were the tiny dixi cups (like the mini ones you would use for mouth wash 😆) SO that was amusing to watch (everyone with those miniature cups) Especially run from Tracy, put your glasses on ma’am!! I decided to give this place a chance even after seeing reviews and let me say... I was quite happy with my nails I got. I got a medium oval type and the tech that assisted me did a wonderful job. Would come here again but I would recommend the gentleman in the front to be a bit more friendly, he did not say anything to me when I paid at the end.

I came in for a mani Thursday and the overlay and shellac chipped off on a finger on Friday. I came to fix it Saturday and they charged me $5. Sunday a different finger chipped as well. Came in Tuesday to get it fixed and she says $5, ok. She asked me to sit and wait even though there are 6 avail technicians. 2 lady’s walk in for a full set and she sits them down and starts. I remember why I stopped coming here in the first place. Horrible customer service.

Had chrome nails done Tues. Came back as the tips and sides are peeling and the white base is exposed. They wanted me to pay again to correct their poor workmanship. I refuse to pay. Manager relunctabtly ageeed to have someone re-do but I have to wait although there are several techs available that could re-do. So far I've been waiting an hour. Unfortunately my usual nail tech is out of the country. Let's see how long before manager decides he'll get someone do the necessary touch-up . To be continued. Hour and half took 8 minutes to correct.
