I went here a couple times several years ago when I first moved to Kentucky and had a couple of bad experiences which made me go to other nail salons. I’m not the type to always get my nails done and it’s been years since I’ve had acrylic on my nails. I just had gel x on them and Lux did them and I had a horrible experience with that salon. When my new girl cancelled on me tonight because her and her kiddos were sick, my co worker told me to go here and book an appointment with Kenny. I was thrilled at the sheer fact I could book an appointment online and pick who I wanted. First star for that! I arrived a couple mins early. My fiancé went here today, had to have 3 different techs work on her nails, each time the job looked rushed and half-assed. After the third attempt I stepped in and asked for a refund. Not only did she waste 3+hours of her day, I wasted 2 having to come in and step in when the manager who stated they've been doing nails 30 years, should've been able to look at the work and known that it wasn't satisfactory. Heard multiple customers also complaining about the shape and how they looked pumped and bulky. Terrible customer service and very expensive to get such poor work and craftsmanship. She will never do business here again, and I suggest you don't either.

I would give a zero star, but I am giving a one star because the woman who did my nails was very sweet and did a great job. But I would give a zero star for the management. The manager there is extremely rude. I’ve never been a fan of him, but today sent me through the roof. At my appointment today, my child was sitting next to me (yes, I asked for permission for him to sit by me) and about 25 minutes later the manager said he “needed that chair“. I said okay and was going to move my five-year-olds coloring things. I could not move his things immediately because my hand was under a lamp and the lady doing my nails asked me not to move quite yet. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Asked Kenny for a natural pink dip set and he did such a good job! 10/10 will be going back! He also gave me a pedicure and it was amazing! Great prices too!

I experienced what the other reviewers said about the staff being rude. From the gentleman at the front to my nail tech. I tried to explain to him what I wanted and he acted like I was annoying him. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and asked if he could do it. He said nothing, just snapped a picture with his phone. I wanted the mirror metal tips ( like on the 1st Pic) on almond shaped nails and I got a matted silver polish. I wanted the mirror metal or something else entirely. He also attached 1st only a thin line of the silver. When I said I wanted it thicker he seemed annoyed by that. He misheard, thinking I wanted thin acrylic( natural). I said i needed the regular thickness and he added more acrylic without shaping the acrylic to my cuticles, all with an attitude. After I paid I
