Lancaster Nail Salon

This nail salon is TRASH!!!! I got my nails and feet done on May 13, 2024. They took forever to provide service. I got my nails done in the afternoon and had to come back to get my feet done that evening. Anyway. I go on vacation out of the country on Wednesday. That morning the polish began to come off the nails and feet. VERY UNEXPECTEDLY. I should not have to go on vacation looking like that after I paid for these services. So after being on vacation for a week I go back and let them know. The lady that sits at the front said she would re polish my hands and feet. I go back today now the man who sits in the second chair on the left says no they can’t do it. I should’ve came back sooner. Mr how if I was on vacation out the country. They will never get my money ever again. I highly recom

I recently moved to this part of West Philly so I’ve been familiarizing myself with the area. I needed a fill in, I was on a time crunch and a budget this time. My usual spot is kinda far away and pricier. I popped in here not expecting the best, but decent enough to get me through a week or so. When I tell yall this is some of the best work I’ve had in a while!!!! I had the male technician. They had a great color selection and he was meticulous with my nails. No lumps, he paid excellent attention to detail on the insides and the paint job was perfection. All for only $30. I’ve found my new spot.

Love there style an service been coming for 8yrs I came in today because I broke 3 of my real.nails this summer an the lady knew what to do an hooked me up an my toes to match

Nail technicians are not willing to get the extra dead skin when doing a pedicure and also do not offer nice designs…I recommend using a translator app the staff also talks to terribly about paying customers

They are rude and unprofessional and that will be the first and last time I ever come here. They had me wait over an hour and a half to get serviced and they ended taking a regular and her daughter before me even though they did not have an appointment and they arrived 45 min after me. Was ignored when I asked why they were being serviced before me I ended up walking out I’m not going give money to people that do not respect my time
