Lancaster Nails

Julie and Tren were absolutely amazing! We came in for pre-wedding nails and with an hour till close we both bride and I got manicures and pedicures done. Julie was the sweetest person and I would honestly come back just for the conversations with her. Tren was just as amazing and when she did my toes took extra time to make sure they were perfect. Everyone in the salon took extra care of us making sure we felt special until close and they even had us stay after they closed to make sure no detail was missed. We will be sure to come back again!

Tina did amazing job my nails are always perfect! And love the colors😌😌I told her the name of the color I wanted but she offered and new collection and I am sooo glad she did! I love them!!!!

I found this place thanks to Google and I've been seeing Tina for about a year. I'm usually very basic and don't do designs or anything, but my boyfriend's daughter requested that we match for her birthday, so we got a little wild with a cheetah print French tip. Tina did magnificent and was very patient with all of my very specific requests. Highly recommend her and this salon!

If I could give this zero stars I would…this place does not care about you and only wants your money. Today is my sisters birthday and she usually does her nails herself but thought she’d treat herself. She left this place so upset and her nails wrecked. She went in with long, natural nails and left with them butchered and the paint chunky. She also asked for a spiderweb and I don’t know what kind of spiderwebs they have overseas, but it looked nothing like a spiderweb. They charged her $100 for this atrocity. She went back and all they did was make the silver line fatter and now it looks like puffy paint. Unacceptable. I don’t want a response from the owner saying you’ll do better next time because that’s a generic response and there will be no next time. Learn some customer service skill

Kiu, Thrinh and Tina are the best! Been going to them for 14 years. Extremely clean and the service is amazing. Always leave feeling super relaxed after my mani/pedi.
