Absolutely heartbroken by the damage caused here. $400 for 3 hours of discriminatory BUTCHERY: Went in for a “detangling” service, and this “stylist” (did not see a license), HACKED OFF 23-30 INCHES of my hip-length hair and WITHOUT CONSENT despite falsely advertising 'length preservation' out of her own mouth over the phone—proven by her own video of another client who had thick hair matted for a longer amount of time, (just not for me). Mind you, I WAS ABLE TO DETANGLE PART THE OTHER SIDE OF MY HAIR WHILE PRESERVING LENGTH BEFORE GOING IN. She dismissed it when I pointed it out. She painfully and unethically brushed top-down (against basic detangling principles), ignored my repeated requests for permission before cutting, lied when asked if length was being lost, and concealed the dama

Omg! I've followed her for a little bit on tiktok and when I got a chance to go to Houston, I knew she would be my first stop. Landed at 11, was in her chair by 2. She's absolutely amazing. I have scalp issues. She took the time to give me recommendations BEFORE my appointment and it's made a difference. My partner has already said she's sending me back to Houston so she can do my hair. If you are already in Houston or visiting please book her. You will not be disappointed.

saw her work via tiktok and reached out and she responded 30 minutes later and we had scheduled a appointment next day! not only is her communication top tier and the quality of her work amazing, but she is a great person overall with a great personality and was very helpful on giving hair tips. service is excellent and would definitely recommend 10/10

Karla is WONDERFUL! I scheduled my grand daughter’s 1st ever salon appt. to familiarize her with having her hair done by someone either than myself & her mom. Karla was beyond patient & kind. She washed & styled her hair & made every attempt to give me back my deposit, I firmly declined. I appreciated her kindness, time & giving my 3 yr old grand daughter a wonderful 1st salon experience. We will definitely be rescheduling.

I needed to get my LOCS dyed & retwisted asap & this place made that happen for me ! My Loctician was Karla ! She made sure she understood exactly the look I wanted. My LOCS turned out Beautifully !
