I have been coming here for years getting botox, and wanted to do other procedures but really nervous. I met with Dr Fatch today and she truly listens, and understands your needs and let's you go your pace. I am so excited to take this journey with her. Highly recommend

This place is a joke! I went in knowing what I want and was clear on it! The nurse who came in to talk to me started recommending a series of treatments which btw I had already done previously and I kept telling her I have tried all these treatments in the past and I’m looking for sth new! She goes out n brings another nurse who started showing me stuff that she thinks is new to me and right even after I have already said I tried them before! They have no idea how to address melanin skin! Which is insane cus I called before going n was told what I was looking for was available but upon getting there I was getting a different treatment like they’d never seen someone with medium deep skintone! Kept touching my face all over which I felt was uncomfortable, and unhealthy as someone who experie

I was pleased with with my services. I had a great experience with nurse Kim who listened carefully and addressed my concerns. All my services went well and I appreciated her expertise with my pigmented skin care issues.

My experience was great. I went in for consultation and from day one she didn’t try to push surgery on me. She gave me other options I could try first that worked wonders. She showed me my options but was never pushy. And at this point I hadn’t been asked for any money and been treated like a patient. Once I decided to get my hair transplant the staff and doctor were great every step of the way. They helped me plan and outline my new hairline. The actual procedure was great. I went in laid down. They gave me lunch and the process was mostly painless. I loved being able to easily contact and see my doctor(one of the reasons I chose in states). Saw her every month then every other month. The visits were short but more or less just check ups where I could tell them of any issues or trouble

The esthetician was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Both of my moles were removed completely pain-free, and the procedure was quick, clean, and smooth. I truly appreciate how gentle and caring they were.
