appointment for my mom Because I heard good things about it, but the customer service was very rude to me and my mom and as they were doing her lashes, they burnt her eye with chemicals or lash glue or something and when I called to tell them, they wouldn’t give me a refund or anything and as you could see in the picture, my lashes also fell off and now she is in the hospital thanks a lot to this place, never go here. I would give zero stars if I could.

This place was absolutely horrible and disgusting, I was iffy about it when I first walked in and seen flys and just an overall dirty environment then she sits me down and starts my service and is first off extremely rude to me!! And doesn’t listen to how I want my lashes, Then Im about halfway through with the first eye when I see what looks like a roach!! I mention it to her and she quickly dismisses me and tells me to sit still and quit speaking. When she is finally finished with my lashes she shows me and it’s nothing like I wanted !! And I try telling her and she doesn’t listen and still makes me pay full! Then I go home and my eyes are itchy and turning red but I think it’s just irritation from the glue so I go to sleep and when I wake up THERE bloodshot red itchy and crusty I call a

The customer service was very rude to me on the phone after I called for a refund because my sisters lashes fell off. As I was talking to the woman, she repeatedly cut me off and she stated that her policy says we can’t do a refund but they could redo the service and when I asked what would happen if they fell off again, she kept on cutting me off and dodging the question. I’m not sure what her name was, but she was very rude to me and the lashes kept on falling off like one by one.
