LASH & MEDSPA

Not sure where to start, I came upon her page knowing she had 1 star, and what did I get. A one star experience. Charged me 100 I gave her a $20 tip. She did NOT EVEN a full set. I’m talking threw 10 lashes each eye and called it a day. Asked how long they lasted, she told me 2/3 weeks, I didn’t get through 3 days. I went to another lounge days later and they were jaw dropped.... but thank you for my first lash experience I really appreciated you taking advantage of me🤍 My response to that The price had absolutely nothing to do with it, other then the quality of your work. Of course I said I loved it, they were JUST done and I thought that was a full set. Until they fell out THREE days later., I also messaged you and you didn’t even bother to message me back. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to LASH & MEDSPA for helping me with my lashes.The owner was very professional and took her time to do my lashes. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received. I will definitely refer friends and family to this place. Once again thank you so much for outstanding customer service.

I refuse to let you post you and your friends reviews as if their customers. You told me to request a refund and I did. You don’t get to act professional online and act a complete different way when handling customers . No ones trying to bring a black business down but your quality is absolutely horrible. It’s honestly not right your charging so much for such bad quality. That’s my issue here. And if your going to get rude and upset because someone’s telling you what your doing is wrong. Your what’s wrong with the world. Clearly you need the money since you need to scam. AND WE DID CALL AND TEXT YOU :)

My girlfriend had an appointment with you and you ended up accidentally stabbing her and lightly glued her eyes shut. not to mention they didn't last a week. P.S stop writing your own reviews, not sure if its all under the same name or the horrible grammar, we requested a refund.
