Lash Primp Supply Store

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had to share my experience with this lash supply company. I placed a large order of 30+ items and only received one. The one item I did get was poor quality — the lashes were stiff, cheap-looking, and absolutely not worth the price. When I reached out to customer service, I got no real help. They either ignored my messages or gave me the runaround with excuses. I’ve been in the beauty industry for years and have ordered from plenty of vendors — this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, don’t waste your money. The quality is terrible, the service is unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Definitely feels like a scam.

Very disappointed my whole order is wrong and all they can do is sent a return label so I have to wait another week and half to see if they get it correct. Didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience… I could understand if one item was wrong but my whole order was wrong that shouldn’t be acceptable for no business but thank you and how much I paid for it has what to do with lol play with yo mama ain’t nothing spam about me come to Dallas and see “ Boujie trap” and tell em you lying and miserable when you talk to em

I love Lash Primp 🩷 I shopped a while ago and her quality is amazing ! Lashes can like butter, and the bottoms are also great! Also, her customer service phenomenal as opposed to other “Black Owned” businesses here in the city. No attitude and the boutique is very clean and well kept! My order was everything that I asked for and no complaints.

Not you when on my business page to lie, yea and you getting a second bad review for being very unprofessional because I left a real review about my whole order being wrong. Lash Primp is a phenomenal store I got everything I needed for my friend lash business they stay well stocked. Amazing esthetic. Customers service is right on it ! I love coming here the visual and design they put in this store is mind blowing . May God continue to bless this store abundantly!
