I hate to write a negative review, but I’m sharing my experience in hopes of preventing this from happening to someone else. I have very long, straight lashes and went to Lash Spa for a lash lift. After waiting the recommended 48 hours before washing them, I noticed one eye was more lifted than the other. I reached out to Lash Spa, and they offered to redo the treatment. I expressed concern about over-processing and potential damage to my lashes, but they reassured me that it would be fine. A little over a week later, I returned for the second lash lift. At first, everything seemed okay—but once I washed my lashes after 48 hours, they were pointing in all different directions and I couldn’t brush them into place. Great. Have come here a few times for a lash lift, always lovely and lasts for months. Recently I wanted slightly less curl. We tried to relax the lashes. One side relaxed more than the other. Turns out I have longer lashes on one side. Brenda and Eva were very kind and patient working with me to get it to look balanced. Great service. Thank you.

Their lash extensions are consistently great. They look natural and they stay! I have tried other places, but the lashes fall off too quickly - Lashspa - consistently stay on!
