Jaz was so rude, mean, and nasty to me, she canceled my appointment for no reason, blocked me when I tried to ask why, & refunded me $45 day of the appt. However, my Zelle wasn't set up to recieve money due to me changing phone carriers. I'm out of town working so it took me a min to fix that. I fixed it, but there was no refund. Zelle told me that's because after 2 weeks they send it back to sender! I didn't know I had any issues receiving Zelle because I can send them. Jaz blocked me so I had to contact her a different way and as u can see in the pics, she was still rude and nasty towards me! I simply wanted her to check her Zelle for the refund they sent back to her and return it to me but she blocked my new methods of contacting her too! WHY?? WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I just want what's r

Absolutely horrible. They were late for my first appointment. First time for lashes. Girl didn’t ask me any questions about my needs or wants. She spoke so soft under her blaring music of her choice. I was there 3 hours. She used items that I was allergic to. Just put on a small fan for a second. No help. My lashes hardly looked any different. Charged over $150. They didn’t last a day and I tried calling. She gave me a 2 week fill appointment and never showed up. Stood outside in the cold on deleware avenue looking silly for a half hour wait. Finally left. Shop was empty and dark. Please save yourself time and money. Absolutely disgusting

The salon is very clean and neat! Loved the energy and overall vibe of the facility! Amber is so kind and funny and Jordynn did a wonderful job with my lashes. A great first experience getting my lashes done and I will be going back!

Amazing Service! Amber is very professional and does a great job. My lashes are always gorgeous and last a long time. I get so many compliments. The salon is beautiful and always clean.

First appointment she canceled, I don’t even know when she would have called me because I called at 11am to confirm and my appointment was at 1pm. There was two other children in the salon running around and two other clients in the same room as me. The other 2 clients were an arm reach away. Very uncomfortable considering no privacy while your eyes are closed. The tv was blasting so loud I could barely hear the lash techs talking. The classic full set took 3 hours and it looked no different than when I walked in and was still $125. I couldn’t even ask for it to be fixed because she had another client in that already had been waiting 10-20 mins. I scheduled a fill to not be rude and just today I get a message from the lash tech saying she needs to reschedule. Definitely do not recommend.
