If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mom went here to get her hair done and was genuinely excited, as it had been a long time since she had done something like that for herself. To start, the kinky twists were done extremely tight and were very bulky. When my mom later tried to take the twists out, they ripped her hair out and left a bald spot on her head. After years of growing her hair back, she was forced to go to a barber and cut all her hair off into a low Caesar fade. To make matters worse, when she called to speak with Uma, the stylist who did her hair, Uma made every excuse possible and essentially told my mom that it was not her fault her hair was ripped out. She even went as far as to suggest that my mom must be on some kind of medication or had used chemicals tha

Would give it no stars if I could way too tightt scalp is red and hived and style looks nothing like the inspo picture. I am going to be reporting them to the board and the bbb see below for what I got vs. what I asked for… not to mention my scalp is red and bumped up bc it’s too tight… and i ultimately had to take it out two days after receiving. Only for the shop to offer you should’ve said something then and there bc oh well… like I was supposed to know it would be red and bumpy the minute of….

JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!! …..this my third time coming to this shop, the first two times I was very pleased. However this time not so much. I am a disabled woman with average oddly shaped head, so I am very cautious about my hair and how it is done. I came to the shop requesting crochet braids, I was told I did not have enough hair, and was told to go and purchase four more packs (of which they did not use)The braider made the braids in the back to big there you were not able to Crochet hair in that area the back was awful…..

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY‼️ I paid $270 for boxbraids mid back length and they turned out horrible. They look like they were done by someone just learning how to braid. She did not tuck the hair or use braiding gel as you can see in the pictures. This is unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst experience I've ever had my hair fell out i have a big ball spot in my hair and the owner wants to say it's not their fault I will never recommend nobody to go there if it happened to me I'm sure it well happened to someone else
