Service is the best that I found in the area. I have been here many times and have yet to have one of those oops or ouch moments. Special tip: If you go, ask for Raquel. Do not side in anybody else's chair. Not to say others aren't qualified and skilled. I am just saying if you want the customer service that I received, sit in her chair. Very courteous, polite, and takes pride in her work.

African Ameriacan girls be aware!!!!! I went here after taking out cornrows to have my hair washed and blow dried. I had finger comb my hair but didn't go through with a hard comb and when I got there I was one track minded as a had a graduation party to attend , so I forgot to make sure they comb my hair out. However these are the professionals so they should have known to do that before it was washed. The lady went to wash my hair while massaging it and my hair turned into instant dreadlocks with clumps of matted hair , becuase she mixed in all the dead/shedding hair with new growth. I had just had my baby so my hair was passed my bra strap, it was mixed with new growth and relaxed hair as I hadn't had perm in over a year. They took 3 hours to rip my hair out from my scalp with 2 t

We had a hair cut with wash and blow dryer only for front hair for $35, the inside was clean and service was good.

I went in today just to trim off my split ends. I told the person to only cut off 1 inch. That’s it. Literally just one inch all around and a little bit shorter only with the hair in the front. She ended up chopping off a good 6 inches off my hair ALL throughout the back. And it’s not even even It doesn’t even look like it was cut professionally because the short hair lays on top of the longer hair with a huge drastic difference. It literally looks like a child was playing with scissors. It actually made me cry. The whole time while she was cutting it she didn’t even let me look at the mirror she had me turn my chair away from the mirror and if I glanced over she told me not to. Worst haircut of my life. When I went back they told me that I am the one that should’ve asked for just a trim.

I’m African American with 4C Natural Hair & Tatiana did an amazing blowout on my hair. My hair was very light and flowly. I wasn’t able to wrap it at night because of how light my hair was, the wrap wouldn’t hold so it got a little messed up. The next day I had to touch it up and add some grease and oil sheen to it so it would be heavy enough for me to wrap it. I would recommend scheduling an appointment because the store is unisex so it’s often busy.
