I wish I could give this place 0 stars, management doesn’t cater to customers needs, only monetary value. The operational standards here are concerning. It appears that only one person is actually licensed. When the comptroller or city officials arrive for routine checks the staff seems to get tipped off masking the fact that the rest are operating without credentials. The organization is non existent. It feels like the Wild West inside. There is no check in list or system to determine who is next. The male barbers operate almost exclusively from their personal phones and social media bookings ignoring walk ins unless they have a cancellation yet their official page mentions nothing about this appointment only policy. Amazing barber shop! Excellent service the guys here are awesome and most speak English. Just tell them you dont speak Spanish and you'll be fine. Way better than great clips or any of the chain barber shops here in Montegomery
