Latoue Nail Spa

Made an appointment for 2 for pedicures. Arrived early, they had us sit down only for one of us to begin pedicure. At same time another guest arrived who they knew and tech immediately sat her down after us and came over to say “one of the girls is running late, can I wait a few minutes” And proceeded to take care of that guest. 30 minutes later , no additional tech arrived. This was my first time here, and will be my last. Obviously this was intended as a couples experience post valentines and despite making an appointment & arriving early , clearly this is a place you must know someone to get proper treatment . Way too many places in bayridge to get slighted like this. Won’t be back

Got a mani & Pedi, walked in and was taken care of immediately. The salon is very clean, service is great. Jenny did my nails, but I had to stop and let Jennifer touch them up as I was doing a cat eye design and Jenny seemed to be struggling a bit. Overall I think I’ve found a new place to get my nails done. I would recommend and will be returning. They have a lot of color options. As for the manicure, it was a bit of an adjustment. The liquid which you soak your feet had a mushy feel. Similar to applesauce, I guess it was great and sets them aside from other places.

It was my first time generally. I really love my gel polish. Additionally I booked an appointment on the same day, it is really great. In fact it was painful due to lamp and little bit expensive. 90$ for gel polish + build up.

I went here on Friday 6/24 to fix three nails that I got at a different salon. They were white tips. On Saturday 6/25 the three nails I fixed went yellow. However the other nails that have been there longer have been there for 2 weeks almost and are still white. This nail salon is absolutely horrible! The woman who did my nails had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me. This place is VERY overpriced. I payed $30 for 3 nails. Two weeks ago I payed $45 for a whole new set of tips. Never going back here!!!

I'm a fairly new customer but after being there 3 times I can say I'm very happy with their work + they are always very nice and friendly
