I absolutely love Laura. She has been cutting my hair for 4 years and I’m so thankful to have found her. She is so talented, professional, easy to talk to and does the best job. I never have to remind her of my hair type or cut that I like and oh my goodness is she the best with my kids. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs.

Laura did such a good job! I was a bit nervous because the last time I went to a salon, it was just awful, but not this time! She was able to give me exactly the style I wanted from my inspiration photos, and even helped me figure out products and styling techniques for my new do 😊 10/10 would absolutely recommend! I’m so beyond happy with my hair!

Laura is the best!! Her salon is beautiful, comfortable and so inviting! While relaxing in a wonderful atmosphere, I receive the best advice and treatment for my hair! It’s never felt better or been this manageable! Laura truly understands my hair care needs and the science behind achieving great results. Her talent for color and styling is amazing. She always creates the perfect look for me! I LOVE my hair and I receive soooo many compliments all the time. Laura also styles my son’s hair! My son has difficult hair with stubborn cowlicks, but that is not a problem for Laura! She’s helped him manage his style and care for his hair - it looks perfect everyday! I am so thankful for all Laura does! Her talent and care for our hair needs is amazing!

1. Pricing too high 2. Requires a credit card in advance to charge for late cancellations 3. Charges for short consultations 4. Automatically set up to charge a 25% tip 5. Charges a tip on the consultation fee 6. Hair Lab is located inside a Convalescent Hospital. I suspect there is not good over site of the residents accounts, which could be why she charges excessive fees and high tips. Resident might want to check their accounts. Could be considered the constructing of a "Cash Cow"

I've been going with Laura for several years now, and she's always been great, friendly, kind and understanding are just a few of her qualities, not mentioning her skills are top notch! Highly recommended!!!
