I recently went here for a blonde balayage and the woman named Ashley did not give me that. I already had my hair lightened and wanted to go lighter. I requested this clearly and showed mutiple pictures of what I wanted. She ended up coloring majority of my hair dark brown and bleaching random streaks in my hair. I had random orange and white strands in my head mixed with brown. I was not happy. I spoke up but she wouldn’t make time to fix my hair until four days later. I had to go somewhere else and pay even more money to get this fixed. I requested a refund but she was very rude about it. I never got a refund and had to pay $200 extra to get my hair right. I would not go here!!!!
