Wonderful place, I've been going for years. The staff remembers everyone and any personal needs. I have mobility issues, and they always make sure I sit in a chair that works for me, and they remember my usual preferences. They sterilize their equipment and are always checking on how to keep things clean and tidy. And the owner has no problem stepping in and helping out, she's even done my mani-pedi. I always appreciate a Supervisor who doesn't forget their roots, that treating staff with respect also trickles down and the importance off customer service. She sets an example and tone, and that's why her staff has been their for years. Which makes it a great place for customers, who appreciate the above and have been coming for years.
Really friendly staff. Know their customers by name. Always quality work every time I've been. Honest about wait times. Prices comparable for the area. Have been coming for years for manicure and pedicure, and wax. Highly recommend!
Wonderful nail salon. They do a great job with a mani pedi. All the gals who work there are very nice. I am always happy with the work they do!
Call up for 3pm appointment, very poor service, waited for another 20 mins to be attended to. A mother & daughter walks in, didn’t make appointment, ask for the wait time for gel manicure, got served right await. Very color bar this bloody Asians. Second time this happened to me, I just chose to go to them as I’m only a block away from them. Very disappointed.
The manicure smudged about an hour after leaving. I really thought my nails should be dry by then. My toe was sliced open during the pedicure so I stopped the procedure. Now I have a sore toe and ugly toenails as they did not remove all the polish. I will not be going back.
