Laurence Hair Braiding

I absolutely love Ms Laura and the entire shop. I’ve been getting my hair done by them for over 8 yrs, and now my daughters go to them as well. They are always so pleasant and professional. The shop is always near and tidy as well. I always leave satisfied with my work in a timely manner and without a headache from the braids being too tight. Ms Laura and the rest of the staff take time to get to know each clients individual needs and master the hairstyle each and every time. I also appreciate how patient they are with my daughter who is extremely tender headed. I won’t be going anywhere else and I highly recommend this shop.

The worst experience ever.. I called the salon for 2 feedin braids. They told me to come in. When I arrived the salon was dirty. A lady asked what did I want to done to my hair. I showed her a picture. She said ok but another client getting her hair done told not to let the lady do my hair totally disappointed. She tried to redo my hair but the braid were not the same size and part was wrong. Another lady came over to try to help and got the part right but the braids wrong. I left the salon called the owner and explained my concerns. The lying scamming owner said I will look into it and call me back. I have yet to receive a response. Dirty salon with flies everywhere and old food left on the tables from previous customers

I did a walk-in for 8 feed in braids. They look horrible! Not professional at all. $80 wasted! She asked for $90 and I refused. I hate my hair! My parts are not straight at all and my braids are not consistent. I should’ve walk out when she had to redo 3 out of 8 braids. I’m very disappointed. A waste of time & money.

Laura is very professional and kind. I love her braiding styles. She gives you exactly what you ask for. Her prices are reasonable and she provides the hair. Best place I've ever gotten my hair braided. I just got my hair braided and it's on point as usual.

As soon as I walked in it smelled like sweat. There was dust all over the place and roaches all over the floor. I am not lying but this is the worst hair experience ever. They charge like professionals but the hair is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time going here. As a suggestion to the business, clean the place first before opening your salon. The place has potential but is lacking in a lot of things.
