It takes a lot for me to give a review this low, but they've earned it. Requiring payment upfront would have been fine if they did a good job, but they did not. I'm in more pain now than when I showed up. I told them on the phone what the problem was with my lower back, and I reiterated to the masseuse. She acknowledged it, confirmed I wanted relief there, and then proceeded to ignore my lumbar completely, and now my iliac crest is covered in bruises. I paid for deep tissue massage, and it just ended up being an hour of someone digging into my bones with their elbow. There's absolutely no way this place should have 4.9 stars. This is not a professional massage spa. First of all, they require payment upfront (which is also when you would add a tip on ypur card.) How do I know how much to add if I have not experienced the service yet? Secondly, I have had many massages in my lifetime and have always been advised to undress to my level of comfort which for me involves keeping my underwear on. She literally pulled them down completely exposing my behind with no covering. Also, no robe was offered for going to the bathroom. And, she asked for more tip.when the service was over. Also, I could hear another employee yacking on the phone the entire time so loud that I heard both sides of the conversation. As a fresh graduate, I don’t have a lot of money to spend on massages, but I found this place, the reviews were positive and the price is a reasonable so I said why not even though the outside looks a little sketchy. I called ahead in the morning, just to make sure that they had availability at four and it was a quick concise conversation! They asked how many people it was just me and then later that day I went in. It’s near the downtown mall so parking is a little bit annoying but it’s close to the big parking garage and there’s two hour street parking around you can finagle it. Going in my plan was just to get a body massage, but for some reason, I went crazy and decided to do my first deep tissue. Called ahead for a couples massage and got us right in! Friendly staff welcomed us right in. Massages were great with the right pressure and technique. Definitely recommend 🙂.

I went by this morning without an appointment. I chose the deep tissue massage for an hour and experienced a great massage. The masseuse knew what she was doing and worked her elbows on all the right trigger spots. I highly recommend it 😃👍🏽
