L'avenir Nails Bar

I normally love this place and have taken my daughter and I several times. We came on Jan. 13 and left very happy. Under a week and a day later my nails started to chip and PEEL. My daughters pedicure ( not photographed) lasted 3 days. I took photos hoping they would honor their work. I am a dentist and when a patient is upset about a filing or needs a redo I redo it and fix the issue ( although rare). Anyways I took photos hoping they would fix it even though I couldn’t come back for awhile. They told me I had to call within a week. I thought a photo would suffice. Anyways they made me wait for 30 min to be seen and then another 20 min to wait after my daughter got her nails redone. They only gave me 20% off. I am very disappointed and will not be returning again. As a busy breastfeeding

I asked for a specific design for my bridal shower and ended up getting something completely different. I understand that the design may have been difficult, but it would have been better if they had told me from the beginning that they couldn’t do it. That way we wouldn’t have wasted so much time. I ended up asking them to redo it with a simple French tip, which came out okay. However, I think they need to communicate more clearly about what designs they can and cannot do.

I love this place. Down to the ambiance, drinks, lighting, and staff. Highly recommend the iced coffee. I plan my appointments around whether or not it’s an appropriate time to get a coffee. I also highly recommend nail artist Holly. She is so talented and creative. She excels at her job because she genuinely cares about the health of my nails. They don’t crack, fall off, or feel too bulky. Go to Holly if you want someone who will care for you nails, do whatever design you’re craving, and adds her own personal creativity and flare. I have been going here for a while and plan on continuing to do so.

Holly is truly THAT GIRL!! 🤩 She is insanely talented at designs and somehow always brings my nail vision to life better than I imagined. Her designs are flawless, her attention to detail is unmatched, and I always leave obsessed with my nails. If you’re thinking about booking.. DO IT! You will not regret it!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting a manicure here, and will not be going back. My nail tech was Stacie. She was nice, but definitely not very competent at manicures. I provided a picture reference of what I wanted, a very simple short, almond French tips. My nails are definitely not what I would call short. When I asked for them to be cut shorter she stated that she would make them shorter while shaping/filing. They ended up being still being fairly long for me. While shaping them she checked with me to see if I like the shape. I told her that some were unevenly shaped and requested they be fixed. She told me that they would be fixed during the “final shaping”. They were not. They ended up being uneven, very thick and lumpy. While shaping, she sliced every single cuticle, some to th
