Lavi Nails

My friend and I walked in for services extensions for me and a manicure/pedicure for her. Despite paying $65 and $85, the results were extremely disappointing. The technician who did my extensions was kind, but she clearly couldn’t do French nails properly. They were bumpy and uneven, and even after I pointed it out several times, she couldn’t fix them. For $85, you expect quality work, but this was very poorly done. My friend only got a simple gel polish, yet it turned out very patchy (something even a child could do better). To make matters worse, the technician yelled at her for moving, which was incredibly rude. The gel polish chipped off within a DAY!!!!!! (Two fingers). I came here for a quick gel fill in. I paid 103$. The gel wasn't applied well, they're pretty bumpy and uneven. The structure too is not ideal, as you can see in the pics. The lady doing my nails was very nice and the service was pretty quick, but I'd rather have waited more ad gotten a more precise job.

0 stars! Not worth $88, Their gel nail polish peeled off in 2 days, started bubbling the same day I did my nails. Their “upgrade” to pedicure was a 20 second massage and the lady was on her phone the entire time, and did not care to listen. I tried reaching out to the Manager 5 times in a week, spoke politely only to keep hearing there’a no Manager on site or being hung up. If I didn’t have to get my baby back home I would have asked them for a redo or refund right then. Lesson learned, never ever going back!

Anne took excellent care of me, first I had a crisis I broke two Nails and I had to go to a party tonight and she took me in at 8:15 PM and did a full refill on hard gel and when I tell you, she took her time The filing was perfect. I’ve never had anyone do my nails like this. They look so natural I can’t even believe they’re not like fake tips or gel X they’re so beautiful. I’m definitely coming back and I definitely recommend the salon was super clean. The staff was friendly and she did my nails so quickly and so efficiently thank you so much Ann! What can I say? She even took pictures for me ❤️

Ann was amazing! I am VERY particular about my natural nails not being damaged, and she was gentle and careful about their care. I will return and ask for her when I come back!
