Lavia Nail Bar

I’ve been a regular customer here and have always had a decent experience, but my most recent visit left me feeling really disappointed. I went in for a fill with French tips and asked the technician whether I should add chrome. She encouraged me to do the chrome, so I agreed. When it was time to pay, I was charged $75 for a fill. The breakdown was: • $45 for the fill • $5 for shaping • $15 for French tips • $10 for chrome What was frustrating is that when we later looked at the price menu, it showed $40 for a fill, $5 for shaping, and $5 for French. Chrome was not listed as an additional charge at all. That would have totaled $50— not $70. Also, I did not have a new shape. Just the fill. And normal file that comes with the Manicure. I understand that add-ons can increase the price, but

I have been to Lavia a handful of times. Most of the time my experience is pretty good. Have always been happy with the pedicures. I recently went there for my second gel manicure (on 10/17) and was disappointed. I noticed that the nail tech was painting onto my skin. I should have said something, but to be honest, I don't believe I should have to. I also didn't really have much extra time that day for her to start over. Sure enough, it began to peel only 5 days later. I have had many gel manicures last 2-3 weeks so this is extremely disappointing, especially for a $50 manicure.

This is a VERY UPSCALE nail salon in very posh and tony neighborhood of South Hill. Rarely do I come up here to this area, but I'm glad they weren't overwhelmingly busy for a Sunday, right after the crazed church rush, and I was able to get service about 1/2 hr after walking in. My nail stylist was an ABSOLUTE DOLL!! 🫶🏾 Had a pic of the design from Pinterest, he put his own spin on it and I couldn't be more pleased! BEAUTIFUL & UNIQUE, get compliments EVERYWHERE I go!! Make an appointment here!! So sorry I'm leaving Spokane now that I finally found a perfect nail place...

I have been going to Lavia nails for about 6 months and each time I have a very positive experience. The technicians are always kind and the prices are very reasonable. I am always happy with the way my nails turn out and look forward to my appointments due to the relaxing environment and friendly staff!

Really fast and friendly experience. My friend and I went here for the first time and were amazed by how detailed they were and impressed by the cleanliness of our cuticles. Price is amazing! So cute in there; will be going again!
