Vlada, Nelly and Roza are the Dream Team at Lavish Lab!! They 1000% live up to their High Ratings/Reviews 😊 I came in a little nervous (as one would when voluntarily signing up for a colonic), but the experience was excellent from start to finish. The clinic was spotless, well-organized, and clearly run with a strong emphasis on hygiene and professionalism. The practitioners were knowledgeable, calm, and explained everything in a clear, clinical way that immediately put me at ease—no awkwardness, no rushing, just competent and compassionate care. The process itself was very thorough, and I appreciated the ongoing check-ins and attention to detail throughout the session. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and well educated with the after care instructions/diet plan the ladies graciously

I have been a doing facials for the last 10 years and never experienced this kind of service before. I had a horrible experience here.🤢 There was constant pressure to upsell additional services and the attitude changed once I said I was using a Groupon 🤣 The facial itself lasted only about 20 minutes, and the lady (“esthetician”) kept saying she couldn’t work more than 7 minutes per person bc to some “New York rule” which didn’t make sense. The service was rushed and incomplete. She worked on my forehead and when I got home I still had many untouched and uncleaned areas on my nose, chin and cheeks. The facial mask was the only positive part. They repeatedly mentioned that the service normally costs $135 and told me that because I used Groupon, I would not receive the same level of servi

I’ve been a consistent client since 2021 when they were on Kings Hwy, and come here specifically for colonics. Recently, the experience has declined. I’ve repeatedly received unsolicited comments about face “imperfections” and attempts to upsell services I did not ask for. This is uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially for a long-standing client who has been clear about why I’m there. There was a recent issue around payment. After one visit, I was contacted to send payment via Zelle after the guy confirmed I was all set, and on the next visit I was immediately questioned about how I would pay despite always paying after the service. When I used a discount emailed directly to me and valid through the stated date, it was honored but repeatedly referred to as a “mistake,” which was inapp

Very heart broken how they handled me. 25-30% of their new business was from me. & my referral word of mouth ..Heck 11 people who 5 star reviewed them is because I told them too! 19 of their followers on Instagram is from me alone! Not saying the services aren’t great but the customer service needs to improve big time. The talking in between services the language barrier, the changing of prices. And when I mentioned all this to the owner Rosa, she conveniently blocked me. Thankfully I was able to buy the foot detox kit online for $40
