Lavish Nail Spa

Lavish Salon is hands down the best nail salon in Cape! Steven and Kym, the owners, are absolutely amazing and truly set the tone for the entire salon. Every single staff member is so friendly, welcoming, and kind you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and professional, and the quality of work is consistently excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Lavish Salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great experience every time!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a bad experience a couple of months ago my nails were different lengths. I had showed a picture of what I wanted. My nails looked nothing like that. I paid $75 for those nails to look like….. not to mention the lady was hitting her vape while doing my nails. Unprofessional. Fast-forward to this month. My mother-in-law had gotten me a gift card for here I politely went in to get a refund because I do not go to this nail salon. The lady laughed and said “we don’t do refunds” then I asked if I could get a fill with the owner. They tried to put me with the same lady that messed up my nails, the first time so I told them no. Then I made an appointment with the owner for 11 o’clock for the next day then not even five minutes after making the appointment

I usually rave about this place, but sadly my recent experiences have been disappointing. Yesterday’s visit for a nail appointment left me very unhappy. I selected my nail colors, but my tech redirected me to choose from a specific book because it would be “easier.” Even then, she dismissed my choice, saying the sparkle I wanted was too chunky and substituted it with something else. I asked for a rounded square shape, but she recommended I “keep the almond shape” and continued with what she preferred instead of what I requested. She left one of my hands soaking in acetone for over 20 minutes, which started to cause a burning sensation.
