Let me preface this by saying my first appointment at Lavish was beyond satisfactory. Kenny was meticulous and engaging. The 2nd time, Kenny wasn’t there, my nails were rushed and mediocre. Due to the fact that Kenny is phenomenal. I returned….from the moment I entered, I specifically requested him. Consequently, I sat through two pedicures, a tech’s disgusting cigarette smell (partner died of lung cancer) and the “owner” was disrespectful. After approximately 90 minutes “they” let Kenny complete my new set. Per usual, he was kind and engaging. I look forward to making my next appointment with him. It’s the little things that make a difference. I would also like to say that just because you oversee a business doesn’t mean your skills can’t be flawed. “Do unto others….”

I started going here in the middle of the yr when my nail tech decided she wasn't doing nails anymore 😒 . Glad I chanced it the sets have been nice and done well always clean and friendly I personally only go to Mimi or her husband Ten , but being nosey lol I've noticed they all do pretty quality nails. I also get my and my daughters eyebrows done overall definitely a place to go to .

What an unexpected great experience. Tried this place after reading the reviews and wanting somewhere close to home. The shop is beautiful, clean and up to date on the inside. I love a beautiful shop with a great variety of colors. The prices were also reasonable. We did not have an appointment but didn’t have wait long. Eric did my nails and the service was fast but still good quality. Everyone seemed very welcoming. I look forward to making this my regular place.

There’s a man named Jimmy who works there. He’s probably one of the most phenomenal nail artist I’ve ever came across. I had originally got a full set from Studio 138 across the street, which was done horribly. It didn’t even last for 24 hours honestly. I came here to get that set removed, and when I tell y’all that jimmy hooked me up with a MUCH BETTER and a more BEAUTIFUL set of nails y’all 😩 I’m in love with this neon green set, and he’s probably the only person I’ll ever let touch my nails again.

My pedicure was done good, thats the only reason for 2 stars. My nails are messed up due to the nail tech rushing on my full set. I do understand that your establishment was short on help, but there is no need to rush on the person in the chair to get to the next person. When someone comes to the nail salon, they know that there is a wait. Taking care of the customer in the chair is first and should not be rushed.
