I came here because of the good reviews I seen about this place but was really disappointed. I came in around 11:30 and did not leave until 1:30 for just a regular pedicure. I was immediately sat in a chair and waited with my feet in the bowl until the water was ice cold. The pedicure itself was horrible and extremely rough. She put a hole in my toe and it was still bleeding when I left. For $65 I would at least expect better service/ time management. I was really excited to try a local place but I will continue going to Benicia!

I’ve been here 3-4x to get builder gel nails( no other salon offers in the area) & this last time on January 14 was a flop my thumb nail came off hrs later while at the airport headed to board a international flight an I lost a nail every day for 5days all on the same hand which was so upsetting because they had came out so beautifully…. I’m just assuming a step was missed an that’s why they didn’t last….. just disappointed they were my birthday strawberry milk nails 😔

Amazing experience! The customer service was exceptional, and the pedicure was top-notch. They really take their time and pay attention to detail. We arrived close to closing time, yet they never rushed — their care and professionalism truly stood out. I’m currently pregnant, and they were so thoughtful to gift me a lotion for foot massages at home. Such a sweet and personal touch! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back soon! ☺️

I was a walk in and even though it took a second to get started they let me sit in a massage chair while I waited! Those chairs are the best I've ever experienced. The staff were immediately welcoming and communicative. Super friendly and helpful. They consistently checked in with me and were super supportive about my needs because I told them I'm pregnant. I got a collagen deluxe pedicure and manicure. Plus while I was getting my feet done, I was offered an eyebrow wax, which turned out to look phenomenal. I learned that you can literally get everything done here, even haircut and hair color if need be. The inside is clean and beautifully decorated. I felt so comfortable that any time I had to wait I'd just close my eyes and listen to the music they had playing. I got fortunate to be sitt
