I’ve gone to this nail salon 3 times now. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming; the staff are knowledgeable and detail oriented. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my most recent visit because I had gotten a fairly nasty cut on my pinky finger from the nail tech removing my dip powder with the rotating sander. We finished the other nails but had to leave what was left on my injured finger. I’m not upset with the nail tech because accidents happen, but I was disappointed in the fact that I was made to pay full price for the service. I was not given a discount for the injury, the worry of infection, and the inconvenience of having to come back once it’s healed to remove the remaining dip powder. I tried to say something to the owner and show her my finger, but she didn’t seem to acknowl

I moved to the area in May 2025 and was excited to find a nail salon that was convenient for my commute. I initially loved this place and returned several times because the work and service were great. Unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointing. My nails started cracking and breaking within just three days of getting them done, which has never happened to me before. On my second-to-last visit, I requested French tips, but the nail tech wasn’t able to execute the look properly. The prices here are on the higher side, which I didn’t mind paying when the quality matched the cost. However, after these last two experiences, I’m second guessing whether I’ll return. I truly hope they can get back to the consistency they once had.

Absolutely love my nails both visits! The first pic was my first time coming here and loved my Halloween nails got a lot of compliments! The second pic love them!!!! Got so many compliments on this set I got a few weeks ago.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing, everyone is very welcoming and caring, service is a 10/10 smooth and effective with professionals. I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back.
