I have been shopping at this beauty supply store for YEARS literally have spent thousands of dollars I buy bundles supplies for my daughter‘s hair and everything that I need because it’s close to me. I’ve been ignoring the fact that been ILLEGALLY charging my card each purchase on their card reader that they are suppose to be charging themselves. (Look it up it’s illegal) Well today I ended up buying my daughter a toy that sticks to her iPad. The toy that is advertised is not the toy that is on the inside of the package. This is something that the owner said is well known, but I’ve never shopped these little toys before so I did not know the toy that came out of the package was demonic and scary and I knew my daughter wouldn’t like it so I went back in to see if I could exchange it. Updated: Nothing more frustrating than a company trying to gaslight a customer to save face instead of taking accountability. I know what I experienced. I know when I’m being followed. So the employee just happened to walk from behind the counter after staring me down and proceed to go from the hair gel aisle I was in then multiple rows over to the crochet hair to test a sensor at the exact moment I was in the aisle? I give the owner permission to playback the video. Go ahead and post it and show what really happened. I like this store because it’s clean and has good vibes. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Very good selection with good prices.

i wish i lived out here .. im far from home and just stopped in to look around to pass the time and ended up making a purchase .. i didnt get to buy everything i wanted tho so i will be back .. Great store nice variety of items great pricing . they even have stuff that was marked down. oh plus a free rewards program !
