I bought a groupon for eyelash extensions 2 years ago- I’ve been going back to here every 2-3 weeks since. Her customer service is beyond phenomenal she truly acts like a human that cares. Yes, she is VERY busy but that shows you the type of service she provides. If you’re trying to book with her keep in mind this is not your regular technician she is in high demand for a reason but her attitude couldn’t be more humble. I’ve seen her bend backwards for her clients. Not to mention how gorgeous the eyelashes look afterwards, so if you’re mad because you bought a “Groupon” and couldn’t get an appointment don’t give her a bad review when you didn’t even give her a chance. This is a legitimate location with amazing vibes- if you’re going in expecting to be treated like royalty

I needed my eyebrows done and I was looking for a place near my work. This place popped up and I liked the reviews. It didn't say much about eyebrows reviews but it said a lot of good things about eyelashes done and how pleased they were. So I gave it a shot. The salon only had two people being worked on so it wasn't crowed. I asked how much was to wax my brows and decided to do them. The manager came out greeted me told me if i had an appt which is why it's not crowded which I love. I don't like salons with a lot of people, I felt like the salon was just opened for me. She sat me in the message a chair while I waited was very attentive and polite. I purchased a Groupon for a haircut, style and conditioning. The lady did not dry my hair after haitcut even after asking. She said she is sorry as another customer is waiting. That was rude. They should not given me an appointment if they have so many customers for the day. Total waste of money and time.

For our five year anniversary we decided to pamper ourselves. We found this location online and were very pleased with our experience. The owner of the spa is extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff was amazing and very professional. We left feeling like a million bucks...
