I wish i could give zero star! Terrible terrible experience. I bought a groupon coupon for haircut. I called for 2 days to book an appointment, nobody answered. I went to the place driving 40 minutes and I rang the bell but nobody answered. Waste of time and energy. Don’t go.

Lori was awesome! Great Customer Service! Very nice setup! Great hair service! I got my hair colored trying to cover my grays. She did a very good job! I love the way my hair turned out! Lori is very knowledgeable of color and of the products. I enjoyed getting my hair done by Lori! I highly recommend her! I will definitely be returning to her!

I made an appointment in advance with Lori, she confirmed, and when I showed up for my appointment for a blowout, she ghosted me. She did not answer the doorbell, which I rang for 15 minutes, did not answer her phone which I called 5 times + nor any of my text messages. Extremely unprofessional and left me hanging on an important Saturday. No one else was available because of it being so last minute and I was unable to get my hair done. I wasted my time and luckily groupon will be able to give my money back. Do not book!

Lori SAVED my hair! It was over-bleached and had horrible color changes from my natural color growing back in… She worked her magic and color corrected my hair to make a BEAUTIFUL balayage with an amazing trim to go with it. Give her a call and you will never go back to your other hair person, guaranteed!

My wife lives this place. They take thier time and listen.
