Amazing service and such a relaxing experience! You can’t go wrong coming here. The manicure was incredible—I hadn’t had one in a long time, and my feet were treated with such gentle care. As a guy, I was really impressed with how professional the manicure looked. The clean clear coat gives my nails a polished, sharp appearance. Gentlemen, this is the place to go! And if you’re a city worker, let them know—you’ll be in the right hands. The ambience is amazing !

Has a lot of great reviews, looks amazing right? I went there on Wednesday with several ideas for my nails. I showed them, they said they can do it no problem. Long story short, their “artists” are only there on certain days and Wednesday wasn’t one of them. After I was a crying mess, not liking my nails, not liking none of the poorly drawn designs nor stickers. I came here because I wanted my nails to look like their instagram pics and I was let down. MAKE SURE THERE ARE ARTISTS THERE IF YOU WANT A DESIGN. I LEFT THIS ESTABLISHMENT SOBBING. The owner offered to redo my nails for free the next day but I go away towards the end of the week lol that’s why I go in the middle. I paid 100 for a French pedicure gel and a gel manicure. Great work on the nails but customer service could be better. Blasting religious music, only allowing tip through Zelle, the owner being fairly unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable towards the end of my appointment, the manager stood behind me - I guess to ensure I wouldn’t try and run or something - but as a black woman who’s never stolen in her life - the treatment is very noticeable and annoying when it happens. I wouldn’t recommend being black and coming here due to the rather strange treatment. But the work is very nice! I needed to get my nails done in a hurry before vacation on Labor Day and was surprised at how easy it was to book an appointment. I got a gel mani and pedi with Esmerly and she was great. She helped me picked the shade I was looking for and took her time shaping and designing my nails to my liking. Highly recommend!
