Le Nails

The service was great. But we have a big problem I went in there for a gel manicure the person who was doing my manicure did not speak English at all. The guy started off with taking my old gel polish off he buffed my nails I was thinking he would clean up my cuticles and then start the process. He just straight on without cutting my cuticles or using any dehydrator he slapped on the base coat for the gel. The old gel polish had not come off completely I could still see a bump between my nail bed. I also mentioned it that this has not completely come off obviously he did not understand me. He went on with the process of painting my nails. When I had called in earlier to book an appointment I clearly asked if you guys do any basic design on the nail. Though I do appreciate being able to be seen the same day I was disappointed in a few things. First is I asked for a spa pedicure and did not get the paraffin wax. Most salons include that in their price for a “spa pedicure”. Second was my nails were not ingrown and didn’t hurt yet the tech dug in and hurt me trying to cut my nail on the sides. Third was the tech used two scrubs and rubbed my legs nearly raw. Fourth the price sign says $45 for a spa pedicure however I was charged $60!! With no paraffin. So overall I’m being generous with the 3 stars….I will not be returning.

I asked for a trim on my eyebrows and ended up with no tail. Over all disappointed 😔 the nails at this place are ok but not the best, the tips were slanted and uneven I should’ve just done them at home instead of wasting my money. This is no hate because the customer service was actually kinda good but I just wanted to tell you my experience at this salon. As soon as you walk in you get a very harsh smell of nail polish remover and other chemicals strong enough to give someone an asthma attack. I found that I kept coughing because of the harsh chemical smells. I didn’t enjoy my experience here

Worst nail salon. I have been cut, burned, and roughed up in this place. When applying the acrylic, the tech put it on my skin, it burned, and when I told them they got mad at me. Also, they can't file nails straight so I file my own, they also get mad at that. I don't know what the hell is wrong with these people. They obviously do not know how to perfect their skill. When I spoke about another place which does organic acrylic fills without the harsh chemical smell, I was told to take my business somewhere else. Thank you for being rude, I would gladly take my business somewhere else.

Tina does a wonderful job with my manicure and spa pedicure! There is a language barrier but the people have always been very polite and friendly! I highly recommend Tina!
