Le Nails

First time getting my brows done & I wasn’t satisfied the lady made insulting comment constantly saying “better right” when I just have really curly brows but trying to convince me that they were done when they weren’t . You’re sitting in a plastic chair next to a closet door super uncomfortable. I would recommend going to a place that specializes in brows/ lashes the place in Walmart or if your in the mall the place by bath & Body works .The picture first 3 attached are the work she did & the last photo is the work from the place in Walmart

Update: I some the next day and my nails are severely chipped. I'm going to go and see if they will repair. I was very happy with my nails but can not proudly conduct business with my polish like this. From the moment Inwalked through the front door, I felt taken care of and appreciated as a customer. They were clean, fast, profrssiomal, and used very very high quality products. The place is decorated well and centrally located. I made an appointment for two weeks and gave a 20% tip for quality service and efficiency.

Not only is the quality of the service bad, the customer service is worse. Had to opt for a short white set after showing the him multiple simple nail designs and him tellin me that they don’t do those kind of designs. They couldn’t even do the updated Frenchie look. So I got a short white set My nails literally look like dentures. And to make matters worse he did a thin layer of acrylic and my nails were soft and bendable. He was rough, snatching my hands aggressively and sighing the entire appointment as if I was bothering him. All I wanted was a nail service. If I could give 0 stars I would!

This has been my nail and brow salon for about 7 years. Friendly and attentive staff, Hygienic practices (this is underrated and should be considered before choosing a nail salon), and I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be serviced even though the technicians do Not try to rush through services. I can tell they are concerned about quality and customer satisfaction.

Mai did a gel pedicure and set of nails for me today as a walk in She did amazing and I had a good time talking with her during the service 10/10 will go again
