Le Nails

This is the only nail shop I go too. They are wonderful people. No matter who you get they always do an amazing job. I love love love this place and highly recommend, for all your needs. I also don't like no one else doing my eyebrows, they always do exactly what you ask for. I told them to freestyle on these sets because I trust they will slay them every time! Thank you guys so much! ❤️

Writing this while crying! I asked for a soak off I was not given a soak off. I get at some establishments it's an inconvenience to sit there for a soak off but that's what I asked for. It's the healthy way for removing an artificial nail. Instead today layers of my nails was stripped away. He was kind until he made me bleed then blamed it on the nail...however if I was given what I asked for this wouldn't have happened! I WAS NOT BLEEDING BEFORE I CAME HERE!!! I also received a gel removal and an acrylic big toe removal. I still have acrylic on my toes.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND! $40 for the worse service imaginable.

First, let me say this is my first time doing a review on any business . I normally go to this business for some services... mostly eyebrows. Today the guy that do my eyebrows, Michael was not there and on vacation which they did not tell me I would have gotten services done somewhere else. There was a huge language barrier.The guy that did my pedicure was so rough. I jumped a few times, pedicure water, extremely hot , filing my nails was so sharp cut my skin , acrylic toe monomer, and polymer was burning my skin. Acrylic toe forming was average. I asked for designs On big toe and it was a big confusion on what Design. They were confusing it with a line then going to ask me what colors do I want? I don't know you are the artist. When they started on the design I did not like it. I told him

I think I got an inexperienced nail tech…I would not recommend coming here for a French full set. I’m actually going down the road to have this set taken off. For starters she did not take off all of my old nail polish. There is a very visible red line of polish around the edge of my nail bed. All of my nails are uneven, the polish is thick and sloppy. She was very sweet, but at the end when I showed them how my nails were worse than when I came in, they said it was because I chose a thick polish???? Made me pay full price and did not offer to remove them. I’ve included photos—not worth the $55 in my opinion.

This is the only nail shop that I go to in Newport News and I’ve been coming for years. While there are a few different nail techs in there, but there are 3 I prefer due to the quality of work. Also, they get me out within a reasonable amount of time no matter how involved my design is. I will say, if you don’t or can’t speak up for yourself then do not come here. You will leave with something you did not want every single time. If you can or will speak up for yourself then you will be fine. The techs sometimes get an attitude about it, but they’ll fix whatever you are asking for in the moment. If they can’t then they’ll get somebody that can. They’re also good at adding their little spin to stuff if you want them to.
