i’ve never written a negative review for a small business but this was the worst salon experience i have ever had. i visited for the first (and last time) to get a manicure. for starters i had to wait almost an hour to be worked on. when she started on my nails it appeared that she may have put on nails that were actually to big for my nail size. to fix this she preceded to file down the sides so much and so harshly that she caused multiple bleeding cuts on the sides of my fingers and under my cuticle areas. i expressed my discomfort and pain but she continued to file them like nothing causing further pain. i also think it is incredibly unsanitary to keep that nail filer for future use as it rubbed against my open wound repeatedly over the rest of my service. the following quality of servi

Updated review! Consistently good service and quality work. Annie is wonderful. I came across this place by chance and I am so thankful! When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were working. While I waited, they had issues of CV LUX magazine, which is always fun to read. Annie did my nails and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and the facility is immaculate! I have been coming here for years... from acrylics to gels, and now dips. However, today was the very first pedicure I had with Le Nails & Spa and it was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this Spa.

Those that know me know I do not get my nails done often, so when I do go into a place there is A LOT of work to be done to make them look nice. Even then, my bad habit of chewing one or two down to the quick makes it near impossible. When I went in, they were short a couple of staff, though not very busy. The woman who was doing my manicure also had to answer the phone. Despite multitasking (and doing so very professionally), and me dragging my wet nails across the paper towel she had, she made sure my nails looked as perfect as they could. Very happy with this salon, and will return again next time I get my nails done.
