Le Nails & Spa

I was getting my nails by Jackie and unfortunately my last set was very disappointing. I was getting a new set and there were 3 nails that weren’t straight. I mentioned it to her but she said “ if I fix it it will look funny”, you cannot disagree with her. She takes it very personal. It’s not personal it’s the customers right to be satisfied. Along with calling her back and asking if I could come in a have them fixed, she said “ yes, I can see you at 4:30, but after that, you need to find someone else”. How rude! I’m not a complainer but I do believe the customer is always right. Bottom line. I never went back! I think it was a personality clash!

Got an acrylic overlay and the acrylic broke off the same day... the gentleman that did my feet did an awesome job but my nails had bubbles in the polish and like i said the acrylic is coming off my nail already and I just paid to get them done Saturday.. Very not happy... Will never be back... spent 60 to have to go get my nails done again 2 days later.

My pedicure was fantastic but my acrylic nail fill was painful. The gentleman who did my acrylic fills filed down so far he actually filed through my nail I to the nail bed above the cuticle. He also cut into my cuticles on a few fingers and drew blood. I won't go back for acrylics.

Thinking of stopping? Don't! Take it from someone who has been getting their nails done for over 23 yrs. Stop for a mani & pedi. Left after pedi. The work was completed by someone who really didn't give an effort. Kept getting up and checking her phone. Scratch at her scabs up her arm. Before starting mani got up and went in the back. I took the chance to leave. Was charged $20 instead of $25, for half the work completed. Nightmare disguise as a nail salon!

I love my "ME" time with Jaclyn & Travis! They are both exceptional & conscientious at what they do. I have been getting my nails done from them for 10 years!
