Le Nails

i tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt once again and they have let me down. i came in to get a fill, and they kept pressuring me to get a pedicure. so i said why not. while they’re doing it, the lady keeps trying to get me to get the higher priced one and i keep telling her no. i said i would just do the cheaper one with french tips. she automatically decided to do gel nail polish which was 15 dollars more. guys i kid you not the french tips are so thick, i asked her if i could get them thinner so they look more normal and she told me it was too late. they look like the shape of full moons LOL. then move onto my nails, please see the image for reference of what i wanted vs what she did. it was so half assed i’m so disappointed. there’s residue under the polish, the nail art

Worst nail shop I ever been to! She was in a rush, gluing the tips on. They were crooked from the beginning. I told her I wanted to her to take it off and reglue it on. She told me it’ll look better once she puts the acrylic on and start to shape them. Charge me extra for the shape, and then it didn’t even really shape them. Said she would fix it. If I didn’t like it, she never fixed it. Polished the nails with the dust on them. So therefore they came out, super lumpy on top of already being uneven! didn’t even polish my entire toenail! I paid $260 for the service for them to come out looking like this!

What i asked for vs.. what I actually got i am so mad !! I told her the tips were crooked she refused to reglue them kept telling me it would look better HER WAY and it's MY nails i asked if they had the butterfly's they said yes then proceeded to pull out expired nail stickers that the paper was yellow and falling apart ! My nails look like conplete SHIT AND ARE ALL POINTINT UPWARDS BECAUSE SHE PUT THE TIPS TO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF MY NAILS DODNT EVEN PUT THE ACRYLIC TO MY CUTICALS SO IT ALREADY SHOWS MY NAIL BEDS LIKE ILL NEED A FILL IN 2 DAYS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE SUPER RUSHY AND DO NOT TAKE THERE TIME SUPER LUNPY PAINT JOB AND FAT ACRYLIC 95 + A 20$ TIP THAT THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO GIVE CASH BEFORE PAYING.

I always have an amazing experience here seeing Vicky! She is truly one of a kind. I have been going here for many years and am always so happy with my nails. They are always so accommodating offering beverages and anything they can do to help make you comfortable!

I Looove this place! I will agree that not every person in there works the same. And yes, in over a decade, I had my nails "butchered" a few times. To be honest, it was my own fault because I went to a different nail specialist. I've done my nails with Kelly for many years, and she's always perfect! She helps me choose a color, she knows what I like and how I prefer it done. She's super kind and patient. The amount of time and effort it takes her to file my nails sharp, and she's never complained, always reassuring me it's okay and makes it look effortless. (Yes, I pay extra for this and tip generously ). I got my pedicure and fill-in done yesterday, and as always, Kelly did a wonderful job! Overall, I can't say a bad thing about this place!
