Le Nails - Twelve Oaks

I came to this salon because it was open on Sunday and close to the play area for my son. I called ahead and clearly said I could only come at 4:30. The woman on the phone kept insisting on 4:00 no matter how many times I repeated myself. That should’ve been my first red flag. I arrived around 4:10 and still waited about 15 minutes, basically the same time I originally asked for. The tech I got was an older woman in the back. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was rushed — my nails came out uneven, lopsided, and longer than I wanted. Every time I asked for them shorter, she’d barely file them and say “better?” Eventually I just gave up. For the pedicure, I explained I only wanted a color change because I get really bad ingrown toenails and I normally handle the trimming

I am a former salon customer who left about a year ago because I was unhappy with the quality and service. After noticing that the salon was under new management, I gave the new salon a try. “Le Voila” (see photo) a beautiful set of lovely nails! Even better was the gracious attentiveness of the nail technicians who handled my hands and feet. My nails were carefully sculpted rather than rushed onto my fingers. Best of all, the services were reasonably priced. I am glad I gave this salon a shot. You should too!

I am not from the area and last minute decided to get my nails done. They recently came under new owners. The place is very clean and welcoming coming in. We waited for a few short minutes and they got to us as quickly as they could. I received a pedicure and manicure during my time here. The women that work here are the sweetest people you will ever meet! I did not catch their names but expressed to them that this was the best experience I have ever had while getting my nails done. They were quick but paid great attention to detail and continuously made sure we were comfortable and happy with our service. If you decide to go to Twelve Oaks Mall, choose Le Nails for all of your self care needs!

Wish I had read the reviews first, one of the worst jobs ever and I’ve been having my nails done for a long time, lumpy, thick, uneven, product on my fingers and hands. I got dip, it was priced 45 and up, all I got was a dip , nothing fancy but they charged $50, ridiculous !!! Rip off, I could of done better myself 🤦‍♀️

Amy at Le Nails did a great job! So hard to find a good salon, I’m glad I came across them and will continue to go!
