Le Petit Nails & Spa Salon

I am so disappointed in this salon. I’m visiting my mom from Texas and she recommended I come to get my pedicure done. There wasn’t much wait so I sat and waited to get a pedicure done they only had 2 other clients when I sat down to get it done. The owner Judy was already very dull and uninterested in doing our pedicure but I still didnt say anything to her attitude. I have some rough feet so I was prepared for her to say something but she was so rude about the fact that she will have to scrub it harder. She didn’t have any energy at all doing the pedicure and she gave zero effort in her scrub. I also asked about the warm wax some salons do and she asked me about something else and ignored my question. Ultimately I have a bare minimum pedicure done and I spent $75 because I still tipped b

Used to go here but the new owner cut too many corners and bought bad quality supplies. One time the polish turned yellow after a day. I read it’s because it was mixed. This is Williamsville/Clarence why are we blending polishes instead of throwing them out when they are old. Go see Nikki and Jason and the fam at Buffalo Nails next to Paula’s. Way better!

Everytime I try to go here my nails pop off like press ons not even a day later.. got these done on 12/31 a this pic was taken 1/1. The staff is lovely and very sweet but my nails never seem to stay on.

My cousin and I came to Le Petit to get our nails done this weekend. Although I’ve been here several times and had good experiences, this time didn’t quite meet the mark. We both got gelx extensions, and my cousin’s short set with a design cost $120 including tip. Even though that’s quite high, the real issue I have is that two of her extensions fell off within an hour of us leaving the salon. She wasn’t doing anything extreme with her hands, just normal daily activities. We had to buy nail glue to reattach her nails, and a few of my nails are a bit loose and the cuticles are irritated as well. I’m disappointed in the quality of the service, and it’s not what I’m used to at this salon. I do believe that my cousin’s gelx application was a bit rushed, as the person doing her nails was seeing

If you like wasting your time and money this is the place for you! I got my nails done Saturday with gel polish, by Monday they were chipped. Not to mention the lumpy polish that you could see my actual nails through. They said I could come back to get them fixed. And they may look worse than before. Will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same! Posting the first set and the “fixed” set.
