This is my second time coming here. Both times, I've gotten a pedicure. Both times, I've enjoyed myself and left happy. Last time, I got the most expensive pedicure because it was a Christmas present. Absolutely amazing. This time, I got just a simple pedicure. My feet are happy 😊 I enjoy the aesthetic, the massage chairs, and the attention to detail. Because I got regular OPI nail polish and not gel, I got an extra 15 minutes in the massage chair and a pair of single use flipflops. This picture is after two days, and they are still perfectly painted. Great service for a fair price.

I arrived with prior nail overlays, and the technician assigned to me attempted to remove them using nail clippers. During this process, she cut me so deeply that I began to bleed. In addition to the injury, my natural nails underneath were severely damaged.

Who did the nails on the profile picture? They clearly don't do ANY of that. My gel always bubbles up by the next day or so and I just peel it off. She's always tired and in a rush. Hire more people or do appointments only. This place has really gone down.

I got a facial wax here for $50, and the wax was so hot that I now have burns all over my face. Before we started, I specifically asked the lady not to make my eyebrows too thin since I had just grown them out and only wanted a simple cleanup. Instead, she made them extremely thin. She didn’t even show me a mirror afterward—I only saw them on my way out and noticed she had left hair behind. When I pointed it out, she used tweezers to pluck one or two hairs. When I got to my car, I realized she still hadn’t done the job properly. I had to walk back in and practically beg her to finish what I had already paid for. Please don’t go here!!

My Mother, friend and I had a very relaxing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and we are definitely going back! Thank you all for the professionalism and warm hospitality. ✨❤️✨
