I had an awful experience at this salon with Lauren, and her boss Kelly who has offered no corrective treatments, and I’m writing this so no one else has to go through what I did. I came in with clear photos and a detailed explanation of the color I wanted. The first red flag should have been when Lauren deeply sighed and said she needed a day off (wow, what? Ma’am I booked 6 weeks ago). She then showed me a booklet (??) or their hair colors and I very clearly pointed out what I wanted and specified I did not want my blonde hair any darker. Well, apparently they were out of that, and unless she “figured something out” she would have to go to the store to get that color. Honestly this second red flag should have me leaving. Alas. I got my hair done at the leading edge hair salon on December 1st. The salon put me with somebody that was brand new to their salon that just replaced somebody that left in which I had an appointment with. The lady was super nice and we had a lot of stuff in common but she took forever all the other salon people left It was just her and I and I came home to find my hair like this. I'm not one of those people that's going to complain and try to get my money back but I just wanted you to see and I wanted the salon to see that $200 including tip this is not the kind of job that I expect and I won't be back to the salon

I had the absolute best experience with Gigi! Not only does she have incredible expertise and real talent behind the chair, but she made the whole appointment feel fun, relaxed, and personal. She took the time to get to know me, understand exactly what I wanted, and delivered better than I imagined. It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely enjoyable to talk to, but Gigi is definitely that person. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already excited for my next appointment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares and connects. Can’t wait to go in two weeks for my full color experience. Came here last week. I showed a nice older lady a picture of what I wanted. It was a light chocolate brown. I came in with black hair. That I box dyed 6 months ago. I bleached it a year before that. No my hair isn’t virgin healthy. But I had no dead ends and it was very soft. She even told me a few times that my hair felt really good. So I’m thinking okay cool. She’s going to bleach it and tone it. No she put color remover on it. It didn’t lighten my ends at all. She put it in the roots and my roots were yellow! Any hair stylist would know not to put it on virgin roots as it will lighten much more then the ends. My roots are dark brown. (My natural hair color) anyhoo. After that. I asked her if she was going to bleach it now. She says no if I bleach it you won’t have any hair! Won’t have a

Wonderful atmosphere. the stylist Kimla was truly so wonderful. As an active duty girlie it can be hard to find someone who understands ur needs and can be trusted with ur hair. Ms. Kimla was truly such a comforting presence and her experience was wonderfully showcased. She corrected the terrible color i was left with from a prior service elsewhere which had horrible banding and spotting. Trimmed my natural curly hair exactly how i had been trying to achieve. And kept up with wonderful conversation in between. She explained her love for active duty soldiers and giving back to them the most she could. I truly love her and will be returning soon for more services!!
