Rude owner! I was a regular customer coming in almost weekly and bought lashes for $4.99 that tore before I fully got it out the box and brought it back to exchange it and the owner wouldn’t exchange it. I then asked for 10% off the few items I was buying (total around $2 off) and he hesitatingly agreed to that and as I was buying the items he complained about doing it. I reminded him I was a loyal customer (I literally just had a convo with him two days prior about his new display of Christmas nails) and he retorted “I don’t know you!” Even though the other workers are very nice and helpful the owner is very rude and for this reason I will be taking my business elsewhere plus their prices are high compared to other beauty supply stores.

This store is overly priced. I guess this is what you get in the suburbs. Came into the store and the clerk was on her cell phone. I asked where a certain item was, and she pointed to the window. No interest or concern for the customer. I will be going to the Detroit locations. What a shame. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Impressive Beauty Supply: Very clean, organized, variety of brands and products. Staff was very professional, helpful, and polite. Definitely one of my favorite establishments.

They have thee highest prices I’ve seen in a lee beauty supply since going to crown jewel. The price gouging is insane here.

Wish there were a 0 option, but 1 is the lowest. Don’t support! I live around the corner and have likely covered a rental/mortgage payment of theirs or a staff’s salary with my years of patronage.
