Will not return. The lady who did my nails was so aggressive, she cut my nail BAD to the point it was dripping blood and these nails look awful. And when she started she decided I was getting short nails because I'm a nail bitter. She had to then take the two off that she chose on length because IM THE ONE PAYING. Never again. $65 for these

Very rough. She trimmed my nails way too much leaving me with no nails, I didn’t bring them like this and now they are way too short and she wounded my skin . It was painful and on top of that they looked like this, badly painted. I won’t come back

I will not be returning. I visited based on a Valentine’s Day promotion that was emailed directly to me. At checkout, I informed the staff that I had the promotional email and was told, “That’s not us, that’s not our number, and we don’t have any promotion.” After leaving, I Googled the phone number listed in the email and was directed to the same company’s official webpage. Their webpage clearly lists the Valentine’s Day promotion…the same one from the email, yet it was still not honored in person. If a business advertises promotions through email and on their website, they should honor them or ensure staff are aware of current offers. Due to the misinformation and lack of accountability, they’ve lost a customer. Pictures for reference…

I had an appointment and was skipped for a walk in. She didn’t even acknowledge the appointment and that I had been there before. Made eye contact and sat down and started working on someone else at my appointment time. No apology or I’ll be with you soon, nothing. No one there first time I went first time so I guess there’s a customer priority preference for sure. Not returning. I’ll get press-ons. The new press-on nails are more economical, already come with designs, gel topcoat and no discrimination.
