Worse experience! What started off as a pleasant service, quickly turned horrible! While sharing a back story on her life. The owner proceeded to say the n word twice to my face. Which I thought was incredibly distasteful and disrespectful. Had I not voiced that I did not like that word being used around me. It probably would have been said again. Furthermore, I was transferred over to a lovely Hispanic lady after another customer came in without my nail service being completed. She did a great job with my pedicure, but was then asked to finish my nails and as it appeared that she was not familiar with gel/acrylic nails. A base was applied to my gel set which later led to a horrible outcome of my nails. I did pay for full service, but I will not be back.

This is where I normally get my pedicures. But today I decided that I’m going to get just polish toes with regular polish. I went there 6:30pm exactly when I reach their desk, the gentleman was so rude, he was like we are closed. So I ask what time you close, he’s like 7pm . It was 6:30pm when he told me he’s closed. Come back the next day with attitude. I asked is that how you talk to your customer, that’s rude. He then replied don’t come back. Like really???? This is soooo unacceptable!! I will definitely go spend my money elsewhere

my pinky nail is infected and swollen I got my nails done last week and this lady (very kind) said “I don’t want to do acrylics on ages under 13” so my sister (she’s 9) couldn’t get acrylics but she did end up getting dip her nails were good other than them looking a little wonky (it’s okay) but my nails (acrylic) were great I loved who did my nails she was very nice! But my pinky nail got infected and now I have no nail on my pinky nail and I had to cut my acrylic .very painful. Also I had to wait a long time. But people were pretty respectful. But my nails done last is in so much pain.

Their website states they close at 7:30pm on Saturday. I went in at 6:30pm for a simple gel manicure and the lady immediately shouted at me “WE CLOSING!” Simply rude, if your hours are not correct on google, update them. There are plenty of other wonderful nail salons I’d rather take my business to in this area.
