Ben was awesome and color matched from the photo I brought in perfectly! Very clean, extremely nice and welcoming.

When I first moved to Lancaster, this was my shop. I used to love it. But realize every week they change the price. I got my natural nails done. Gina charged me $55 for a natural nail like what fake nails cost more. It wasn't pleasant at all, a very terrible place. I did not like my nails. When I asked them to clean around my nails, she said $5 extra tf.

Where do I begin? This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I must say I wasn't pleased. I did not like that they did not have the samples of colors on the rings like every other nail salon. I literally had to stand there and open each nail bottle to check out the color. I told the lady doing my nails to not file my nails down to much and she pretty much did. I got a eyebrow wax it looked like it was never done. They were so many stubs left behind. When getting my pedicure the lady put hand soap in the water (which made me lose my mind.)That is not what your suppose to put in the water for a pedi. Lol I am trying to find something good that I liked about visiting this place...... They were very nice ! That's it. When entering they definitely need an update. The rugs were dirty

My nails were long and I'm moving and with the moving stuff around my nails broke. I was upset to have my nails broken and came here and they did great and she recommended a natural color and they look great

This place is horrible, I give it a rating of 0 because they are not professional at all, my nails were horrible and when I complained they yelled at me and they did not want to fix me, I do not recommend it to anyone
