Legally Tan

Went there for a few tans before a wedding. On my second trip, I ended up with a HUGE second degree burn on my leg. Tied to reach out after about a week and tell them I think the bulb in the bed was malfunctioning. The burn left a terrible scar on my leg and still isn’t healed. Owner/manager had no interest in speaking to me. Told the girl working to tell me that this doesn’t happen at their location and maybe I should seek some medical attention. You would think the owner would at least want to apologize or try to fix the situation. Felt like they were trying to gaslight me to believe it didn’t happen because of their bed. When I reiterated that this burn was from their establishment they left my message on read.

This is my go-to place for summer spray tans! I'm not sure what is unique about the solution they use, but it has always given me the perfect glow for pictures and our beach vacations. Though I don't think it has sunscreen in it, my skin stays soft and doesn't seem to burn as easily when I'm out in the sun. Helpful tip: I always let mine sit overnight for at least 24 hours before showering and maintain it with Jergen's wet tanning lotion. I have been tanning here for 16 months. The staff is always friendly. The floors in the rooms are not always clean. But the main issue I have is I always pay cash for everything I buy including my tanning membership. I am penalized for paying cash by paying 2 times the monthly cost of a membership. Cash is money. Not fair in my opinion. I was told on several occasions that the owner or manager would call me and discuss my issue. It has been a week. Still haven't been called.

There beds are not sanitized properly and if you’ve gone there in the past 3 months you might want to check your skin and if you see anything that doesn’t look right you better go to the Dr. and don’t expect any kind of apology or we will look into this issue and resanitize beds because you won’t get that. What you’ll get is “ oh that’s not good” sign here and because it’s not before the 27th you’ll be charged 74.00 for June. Well I didn’t expect to go to the dr for a physical and have him tell me something was wrong with my skin due to the tanning bed. I won’t be using them anymore and not because the beds per se but because how I was treated after telling them the situation. Great pricing options. They work within your budget so you can get to tan depending on what you can afford. Offer many ranges of bed options. Very nice staff to explain everything. Cool atmosphere in the salon.
