I’ve been a customer of this beauty shop for 26 1/2 years. They were always helpful , friendly to me and my family. The prices are reasonable. Great customer service skills and professionalism.

This is definitely our Community Beauty Supply Store. He know his regular customers.. All the staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable. A known dermatologist told me my COVID bald spurs were permanent, His staff worker told me what to get and how to do it and in a week my follicles were sprouting. I call them my friend all the time when I enter and when I leave for years. My daughters grew up shopping in this establishment. All I can say is Thank You. R. Williams

Update: The owner wrote back and stated the policy is that the door is locked and customers must knock on the door to be let in. With crime rising, I understand why they have this policy and it's their right to have the policy in the community they work in but do not live in. Would this policy be if the store was in their neighborhood? So it's my right as a person who lives in the community to spend my money where I will be treated with respect and not like an animal. The end!! A reviewer mentioned that the owner knows his customers well today he lost a new customer today. On Sept 14th at 11am I went to open the door and it was locked. I saw a Asian man I assume is the owner, just staring at me while I was motioning if they were open and then continued to stock shelves. Online, it states

Best prices you can find. And staff is very friendly. The beauty supplies on 125 will rip you off. I ended up paying $5 more at a store on 125th for the exact same product.
