Emily is my gal! She is very knowledgeable and shows concern about my overall lash health. I naturally have thin lashes but she makes them look fabulous! She does what she can because let’s be real, my lashes are what they are. Love her and everyone there is also very nice! Make an appointment with her! She is great!

Browsbyvan: Sitting at home crying and straining my eyes searching for someone to do an emergency brow removal within the next 22 hours. I went yesterday for a 6 month touchup because she did a good job back in September. What I left with was thick, dark, blocky, and heavy brows and SHOCK. I could literally feel and hear the cracking of the skin this time so she went too deep and she literally drew a box around my brows like WHAT? None of this was her technique the first time so I’m saddened to know that I trusted her with my touch up just to be botched. I asked for natural and light and got the opposite. It looks like my 5 yo goddaughter took her school markers and drew these on as best as she could. I could really cry right now. I messaged them and they read my msg and didn’t respond so
